I've spent the last 16+ years on a journey with various amazing B2B SaaS startups. It's taken me from system developer to frontend developer to Product Manager, VP of Product, and C-level executive. Every company and role has brought me new experiences and challenges and I've had the privilege to work with some amazing people in the industry.

My core drive has always been the same: to create value through technology, people, and lean processes. Whether I'm scaling a product team, aligning orgs around a strategy, or driving due diligence in an acquisition, I aim to bring empathy, structure and a deep product mindset to the table.

I'm particularly drawn to fast-paced, lean environments where continuous learning and experimentation are part of the culture. I've led product and engineering orgs through pivots, hypergrowth, M&A, and platform expansions, always with a focus on execution, momentum, and outcomes.

I promote and provide candid feedback, clear communication, and fostering environments where people feel empowered to do their best work. I firmly believe that building an open and healthy culture is key to success and I take pride in driving that culture in my organizations and teams.

Within the past year, I've held a Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) position at Tricent Security Group A/S. In 12 months, we've taken the company from post-bankruptcy to successful acquisition by BetterCloud inc. where I now work with my teams on integrating Tricent's products and services into BetterCloud's.

Personal bits

Born December 14th 1980 in Aalborg. Married to Sanni since 2009. We have two "children" aged 18 and 15. And a German shepherd aged 5. I train calisthenics. I run occasional obstacle course races. I practise playing neo-classical piano pieces. We walk long walks with the dog every day. And I hobby-code on my own projects, like e.g. this site. I love AI and use it everyday in some form or other.
